There is very slight fungus in the edges inside the front element, with the right tool to remove the nameplate this could probably be cleaned completely. Everything else is clean and working well. The slight fungus probably won't greatly affect any images taken, likely just softness at the edges at wide open apertures so even without a clean this is a perfectly usable lens.
